We warmly invite you to a series of workshops that have been written and led by trainers who are parent/carers of a child with additional needs themselves.
These workshops are for parent/carers of children and young people of any age, with any additional need following diagnosis. They are an attempt to support parent/carers through times of change and at whatever stage of the journey participants may find themselves.
For more information please contact Oenca Fontaine (Parent Lead) or Stephanie Edwards (EYIS – Early Support Service)/ Cathy Spruce (Sensory Support)

All four schools within Prince Albert Community Trust will be closed on 16th October 2018 to children as all staff will be in training. Although we recognise this may cause an inconvenience to some of our families I am sure we can rely on your patience and support as we continue to ensure the best possible quality of education for all of our children.
Staff development opportunities are organised outside of school time as much as possible, however there are times where additional time is needed and for this we use the teacher training days allowance set by the Department of Education.

Dear Parents and Carers,
Firstly, welcome back! I hope you all had a lovely summer break. Your child has now moved from Reception into Year 1 and as a result, is starting to work on a whole new curriculum. There are therefore important messages to share with you about how Year 1 works and expectations for the year.
On Friday 14thSeptember, I will be holding a short meeting for Year 1 parents in the infant hall. Please come along to find out more about Year 1 and how you can support your child at home.
I look forward to seeing you there,
Assistant Head Teacher
